I think the major problem with Mayhem is there are too many trap options, like basically every single one of the "Upgrade X Item" options are complete trash. Really every single augment should be insane and awesome, but in truth a few are absolute garbage, some are just decent and the meta picks are insane and awesome. Makes builds very static and predictable, too.
