SFV got SEVERELY overhated for its graphics. Yes, the graphics were a bit behind its competitors but it was mostly the vfx and stages that suffered from that, the characters looked great. That being said, I prefer SF6's looks.

>>545916293I think a lot of the thing is that SFV had an artstyle, even if the artstyle was clayfighter 5. Having a strong artstyle you can point at and remember is important. Even SF4 with its ugly ass models had the actually really cool paint aesthetic. SF6 does have really high quality models and the occasional graffiti style going on, but it's a bit less striking, I think?

>>545917060no one has a true throw loop but select few characters have crazy oki on a mid screen throw. kimberly is the best as far as im aware. you just do drive rush immediate stmp which has crazy momentum out of drive rush for some reason and it hits meaty and leaves you in tick throw range even on backroll and they can't backwalk out of the throw either.
