You can't interact with the hero. He's an immortal tank with a burrow and self-heal, plus the two CC he has. When I see a Mo I know that I can't in any meaningful way interact with him, I can't threaten him, I can't really damage him, I can't get close to him. Usually when i win like that, i'm the one stealing the T2 camps, taking sinners and pushing them to their walkers.
Yet i rarely manage to get an advance unless the guy kill himself past 15 minutes, and any death or setback of mine will have them close the gap at light speed

Game's put me in Oracle 1 for the past few games (presumably because I'm using a character I barely play) and it's just been painful. Constant brooling while I lane janny. I get rich but it doesn't matter because I'm not involved with the fights because I gotta lane janny. The game is not fun when you can't rely on your team to defend objectives.

I feel like I finally need to figure out how to not be dogshit with Wraith, Paradox isn't the optimal character for ratting, if it's even considered ratting when the whole team is just randomly fighting someplace.

Might be different in above my shitlow oracle/phantom games but i've stopped considering Walker to be more valuable than lives past 15 minutes.
It seems to me that the only advantage of getting walker is making the map more open to steal camps, push waves further and remove a point where the ennemy team can somewhat safely catapult from and take refuge in.

I've had way too many games where we held a solid objective advantage, two and sometimes three walker up, but we fail to create a large souls advance, lose a team fight and then we just all lose every objectives all at once.
Midboss is the only objective that's always worse dying for it seems to me, everything else is meaningless in the late game.

its not as straightforward as either your post or his is making it out to be, depending on who you are, how early it is, how strong you are, etc. it would influence that decision, early in the game if youre wraith for instance you should go to that walker and shove the wave, depending on how long that fight lasts you can steal their jungle or even take their walker, you can end up with more total souls than them because early in the game kills are worth almost nothing and death timers are low
