As spellsword, i found using two handed weapons with fast switching to magic are much more viable. You get big damage with two handers and much more powerful spell access with double casting. One-handed weapon and the other hand spell seem pretty shit compared to that. I remember hyping up for cool looking spell and sword look but oblivion was right all along. I made an xEdit script to automatically set armor values based on material and type keywords. Now I can automatically change every modded armor to have the correct vanilla values for weight, gold, and armor. Now I can finally play with modded armors without breaking immersion and balance!For some reason the synthesis armor stat adjuster didn't work for me, but xEdit is nice because I can see the exact changes and can even adjust the rating scaling with a calculation.
