For non-gacha discs, stopping at level 60 and uncapping them there seems to be the best value.Welfare discs don't increase their substat at the level 70 uncap like gacha discs do, and disc exp is shitty to burn stamina for but one of the scarcest resources in the game right now.

anons talking last thread about the uncap disc now giving stats on uncap, yea its definitely patched.I clearly remember doing 70-71 and seeing the 2% elemental damage increase for one disc and thought it was how it worked since other anons and japs were talking about it.But going from 80 to 81 stopped giving the effect recently cause its came with the uncap and I thought that I was doing something wrong till you guys started discussing it.
