theres a BR mode for pvp which is not that bad honestly. Theres also 1v1 and a group pvp mode. As for fun, yeah its great. As long as you play on legendary. They even got some challenge modes against bosses. The open world bosses are also pretty cracked. Look up Yi Dao for example. Game is 100% f2p and devs have gone on record for saying on p2w. Its all funded by cosmetics. Most you can buy outright but others are through a whale targeted gacha that has the real fancy decadent shit.

Managed to beat lucky 17 on third try. Binding deflect to a mouse button is a lifesaver and it feels like you can animation some attacks into deflects with the dedicated button instead of hold block + attack.

There's a fisherman somewhere that wants to teach you some skill. The quest is to do some jumping puzzle on a bunch of floating jars in the water and then when you try to use the skill after it teaches you about getting lvl 4 explo to get the token.
There's also the oddities trader where you can unlock fast sprinting and fast wall running if you collect enough bugs
