It's a good universal rectifier that you can put on any dps or subdps that uses rectifiers, which are a very common weapon. English is English, Japanese doesn't fit in my opinion, Chinese fits but it means you need to listen to Chinese, and picking Korean means you need to go see a doctor for your mental state. I personally use Chinese and don't regret it and I'm not a fan of Chinese dubs at all.M.Rover means Jinzhou and Rinascita aren't composed of like 90% women whenever you get shown the full lineup of characters leading to more visual variety but I don't find him cool whatsoever and would regret ever choosing him from a story perspective personally. His dumb coat and looking like Kirito with a ponytail and undersized clothes kills any reason for me to bother. His animations are also more stoic and less flashy compared to F.Rover. M. Rover looks best in the various collaboration outfits he gets and it's insane he has none of them implemented in game because they're infinitely better than his default outfit and would go a long way in me not disliking him as a pick personally.F.Rover means you are basically only seeing women for most of the story barring Jiyan and Brant. She's the best girl in the game with the best design of the game and I personally find her fitting basically every cutscene better and can believe the fights with her far more than M.Rover personally. Her animations are slightly more flashy than M.Rover.Regardless if you pick M or F Rover the characters are written to be close to you including being seeded as M. Rover and everyone blushing around you as F. Rover so take your pick.
Honami city will be interesting performance-wise, since it has no flight but still looks open and detailed unlike stuff like the vault and the factorium. I assume it should run pretty well compared to septimont.

The mechanics were decent but the perspective killed the game. It's a 3/4 overhead perspective at default but plays like chaptered Genshin Impact. It should have just tried to be a Chinese Diablo. Of course that's subjective, but I hope they do a proper retroact rain event at least on the level of murmurstown dark tide (even though people didn't like that one that much either).

I would still argue that 2.5 and 2.6 are better in terms of story though, because like 60% of the emotional impact of the ending of 2.4 was put into Mya, if you didn't care about her, or Lupa's fighting autismo it didn't really land. Like, there was the bombastic cutscene and emotional song about a character that died 20 years ago that I didn't really care much about, and Lupa isn't the best character to express complex emotions. On the other hand Phrolova and Iuno were much better characters to explore suffering and sacrifice (because 99% of chink stories are about that).
