Alright so I have a thought as to why there are absolutely more characters that isn't copium, and it's that Sakurai wasn't like "There are THIS many characters in the game, we tried to include characters that everyone would like blah blah blah" like he did for the stages or how he specified the final roster in ultimate's direct. If the cast we got from the directs was all of them he absolutely would have made mention of it, but it never came up.

I noticed that in the air riders demo, there isn't a hitbox in front of machines anymore, so you can't bump into boxes slowly and break them, only with enough speed or offense. Are quick spins stronger than characters that attack when near enemies like MK or DDD? Sometimes I don't know if I should run into opponents to attack them with the auto attacks, or quick spin.
