Same vibe, chain heal is a dead button because they removed all support talents to it which were the only thing that gave that button life to begin with. Currently HW with 0 talents has a higher SP ratio than chain heal with every talent. There is not indicator or pointer for what they want chain heal to be in the rotation (is it a rotational aoe heal or just a last resort mana dump).

There are other specs which i know are in bad space but i havent bothered testing them in dungeons. Havoc being one off the top of my head. Im open to elaborate more, so far ive been very mixed leaning negative on the changes so far however

Yeah its completely retarded. They had a bunch of good changes like the aoe 40yard LoD, and then they pull out the removal of CS with no basic ST filler dps spell like every other healer has to replace it which just means open world as a hpaladin is actually impossible.

I got the vibe they want to completely kill melee range healers. MW got alot of its incentive to be in melee range gutted for raids as well(Caster Stance is basically a permanent spacial paradox with 30%vivify healing).

The two pugs were either boosted to a point of not having any idea of how their classes were played, or speed leveled in Remix and turned over, assuming that works, and have a massive misunderstanding of how much damage/healing they'd be doing.

Honestly, I kinda feel like the updated melee and casting animations were a big mistake. Every race I play feel kind of the same since 90% of your main attacks use the universal class- instead of race specific combat animations that you can clearly see wasn't even designed for most models in the game so they look stupid asf. I legitimately prefer the pre-legion combat animations instead of these goofy bouncy Disney rubbery animations. Even playing the same class on different races used to feel fun and refreshing since all the animations were unique to the race.

I can KIND of understand them making hpal a ranged healer (as long as they do the same with mw) because melee healer completely broke a lot of mechanics over the years. I remember on mythic argus being able to just kinda do my own thing on p1 because the big aoe slash would never target me on account of being both melee and a healer. Raid mommy even got mad at me and kicked me from the raid before i explained it to her. The downside was that sometimes i categorically had to be melee because some mechanics would target only me but none of the other healers. Maybe this is an easy problem to circumvent and I'm wrong

Not really. The absolute last time which was actually a bug where we had something happen because of a melee healer issue was actually randomly MW monk could be targeted for arrows on sylvanas.
