I think it takes very little to fix XIV but people aren't gonna like what that actually means.Firstly, allow the previous MSQ to be skipped. Give a summary of events that happen, and make sure new players are FORCED to do a curated Hall of Novice that selects a few of the added trials and not the basic bitch shit of which most info has been irrelevant since SHB. Secondly, cut down on ability bloat and make the cooldowns of remaining abilities much shorter. GCD doesn't need to speed up, but players do feel better pushing buttons besides 123 more often.

HoH feels easier than Eureka because magicite are broken, especially if you get an odin magicite which just deletes a boss for you so you can save it for the 90 boss.
