Some corrections and additions to the post about SS3-SSS frame priority.

General rule is that (new) SSS tanks are always the best thing to go for. -3 second swap cooldown is what completely changes how your teams play, in addition to the fact that in pgr in general, debuffs are much more potent than buffs. So more shred is always a lot more damage.
Qte reset on SSS gen3 amps is great. But only if you're autistic enough to actually utilize it well. In which case you probably don't need an advice on who to SSS. So think twice before throwing your certs or bc at Lilith or Veronica. Vera's fine, she's broken on any rank and only gets better. The only losing move is not to bark. Who knows how Teddy will be, probably good since ice is at the rock bottom, and ice always had awkward qte distribution timings.
Lucia SS3 is still amazing for flux, if you're into that. Can't really do the cool 5 slashes rotation without it. For fire, it doesn't really matter if she's SS3 or SS0 now. SSS is pretty good, but I'd just SSS Vera instead. Not a veradog, just she's that broken.
Sleener's fine at SS0. I tested SS0-SS3-SSS back at her release, only SSS is a relatively big jump. In glaciation there's nearly no difference between SS0 and SS3, in phys a bit, but it's not as much as you'd think.
Veronica's pretty busted at SSS for burn, not as much for phys. Still, you're stuck with her for another three years in three teams. What a shitty dragon to ride. I'd like to order another one.
Both SS3 and SSS Nanami are still amazing upgrades even with new Liv. Gameplay doesn't change much, but SS3 is a lot more damage, while SSS is faster rotation. Plus, Nanami is just the best, what can you do. It's just how it is.
SS3 Liv is very nice, I rike. Makes her faster and a bit more flexible, but I guess her spike at SSS is insane because of that new fancy core timestop.

SS3 is cool, it lets you do a different rotation with two leg splits. Does decently more damage besides just getting to see that animation more. Can you really say no to Ishmael's legs? I can't.
SSS is usual more damage. Honestly, I've had her SSS since her debut, and she felt very strong back then, but now numbers changed a lot, she's far from feeling as broken as, say, SSS Bianca or Liv. But the valuable part about her SSS is observation notes, meaning as long as the team has gen3 tank/amp, she'd become SSS tank/amp with all the fancy features like -3 sec swap cd or qte reset/bigger buffs.
But also, consider that currently, in void our queen Luna because the main dps again with her leap, and her SSS is theoretically free with vouchers if you're willing to wait couple months.
