But looking at her right now her damage is worse than RP Rawi, 140% damage with guaranteed crit vs ~220% damage with fairly high crit and crit damage. Rawi is also Aggression which equates to 45% damage and 10% atk when SP Samantha is on her team, which furthers the damage gap between her and Ciri. Ciri is tanky and has a lot of knockback/crowd control/mobility though so she will definitely still be useful.

Never pull for anything other than batch 1 or 2, and batch 2 is semi-questionable at this point as Kvare is getting older. I would get 1* SP Safi since its quite capable even then and then focus on batch 1. You won't be able to get everyone's sig weapon as f2p, the people showcasing that are whales.
