The team I used was Veronica/Mika. Start the run with remove 2 cards for 30%hp / 20 sanity (I usually remove Mika's attack and 0cost skill here). Then path for events and shops. Skip dimensional node if it takes away an event node. You can even preemptively remove cards before they get epiphanies so that Mei Lin can reliably get gers. I did like 5 runs this way and I managed to removed all non-unique cards before each boss 4 runs iirc.
