It doesn't feel like there's a point in having this detail since no other opponent uses Strider Wu as of now. It almost makes me wonder if our version of Strider Wu was also going to give Defense Level and they changed it to Aggro when designing the ID. Or maybe it's just there for flavor; Strider Wu normally gives defense level up for Wu Heishou, but Wei's gone berserk so it's Offense level up.
