I can't overstate how much farms cut down on the crazy grind from gen 1/2 and is one of many reasons I think the portable games are straight up better than the mainline games. In FU you pretty much don't need to grind at all for most stuff because of the farm and palicoes gathering random shit. Obviously in addition to sonic bombs when it digs you can stand in front of or on top of stone walls and it'll charge into them and get its horn stuck which is a free opening. Also if you just break the horns with or without the wall it'll stun diablos for a bit which is another opening. Then you get the tail cut opening and topple openings and really it's just a monster you can absolutely style on. Obviously you need good fundamentals to be able to do that stuff consistently.
