So there are now millions of gamers who will refuse to touch it again because it left such a bad tase in their mouth. It also now has real competition from many other digital card game, competition that didn't even exist back when HS was at it's peak.So reviving the game by simply making a good expansion just isn't gonna happen. They would have to do something extremely drastic like make a fresh start with Hearthstone2 if they ever wanted the game to have a real resurgence.

Also tracks things like Ceaseless cost, corpses, any discounted cards in the other guy's hand and a few other things. Very handy if you're gonna play a slow deck, aggro decks don't really need it as much which is why I only play the latter on my phone but you can still be a 1k legend by doing that.

For a while I wasn't playing PvP and was just doing Dungeon Runs and shit, but I started playing more PvE games like Slay The Spire and now Cross Blitz is out and the roguelike mode feels like a full game of dungeon run... >>548351061i outlined my issue very clearly. if you have a retort you're free to offer itone stat says you win 70% of the time you have this in your hand, the other stat says you win 30% of the time you have this in your hand. the point is, this information is meaningless. is the 70% card still 70% if it contains the 30% card? and vice versa?the REAL point is to derive meaningful information from the stats, it needs to be factoring in more information. individual winrates of cards literally doesn't make sense. you can say "the higher winrate cards are better to have", which, sure, is generally true, but it doesn't even necessarily mean "always keep the highest mulligan WR card and prioritize your willingness to keep the cards in descending order", because card value increases and decreases based on the context of your handlike imagine mage had a 3 mana version of smoldering grove, and it was the highest winrate card in a mage deck and the 2nd highest winrate card was smoldering grove. and you're going second, and your opening hand is all 4 copies of those cards. clearly you could not keep all 4 because they would burn away and you would overdraw. but the stats would just say "highest winrate cards" and "people basically never mulligan this"this is just to illustrate the point that it's all context dependent

I genuinely like this meta. there are plenty of decks to play with diversive playstyles that feel like they should win at least like 47% of the time and the meta decks play from board and take some thought (ok maybe not Shaman). from Aggo DH all the way up to Control Warrior/DK and Cycle Rogue/Protoss decks, there are so many things I see people complain about because that's what we do here, which means it's probably balanced playstyle-wise lmao.Shaman is only dominant at ranks where people are not skilled enough to play Discover Hunter/Cliff Dive DH/Control Warrior correctly, even though I think it should be nerfed. Just hit them in the face.
