I did manage to make it to 1 mil anyway but I ended up having to spam revives for most of the second half of the round because my mid range units would somehow randomly get sniped without any enemies visible, as well as a second round of clone evaporation at some point.

A method to beat stage 9 (or get close depending on your power level):use 2 teams, team one will get you to 15k hp where he enrages and wipes you. team 2 will finish him off by having 3 backline dpsers & a vivi to tank the enrage, no healers. The backliners should out range the bosses aoe attack and need no heals, vivi will sustain herself through the enrage phase.Prioritize your strongest backliners to be in team 2, and whatever units dont fit in team 2 go into team 1. Erpin must have her senior skill off.My team 1 was a bunch of composed + yomi & kommy. Bought all dps artifacts, they got boss to 17k barsMy team 2 was butter, canna, erpin, vivi & the rest were filler apostles for highest elemental bonus I could get. Vivi likes 3x safety harness, or 2 + her staff. best dps artifacts you can for the backliners.Hope this helps, it took me a while to figure out this strategy. Make sure your apostles will work to outrange before you borrow.
