Here’s how I would fix Jean to make her feel more like Jean.1) keep the pyrokenisis primary fire and spark mechanic tied to it.2) keep the phoenix ult as is.3) remove her flight and give her a second charge of her dodge. Remove the ability for the dodge to spark and remove the fire visuals tied to it. Also remove her AoE CC ability.4) give her three new moves. The first lets her pull an ally toward her quickly, saving them from danger.5) the second new move can be similar to mr fantastic shift mode only she’s using her mind to absorb bullets.6) the last new move is a projectile grab. She shoots it ahead of her, if it hits someone she picks them up, then about 1-2 seconds later she launches them forward into their own teammates damaging both.7) we can make her either a DPS or healer with her healing moves being her primary and rescue move, and her self heal being tied to her bullet absorption.We’ve now captured pyrokinesis, telekinesis, illusions, and phoenix all in one kit, with the only redundant move being the block.

It's not fun to engage with. "Just play as a team" is not a viable counter since that will not happen in the vast majority of games which leads dive characters to utterly run trains on metal ranks. No one likes being hit by Spider-Man while he swings around at mach 5 to uppercut combo you before you can even react to him. And even if you kill Spider-Man he moves so fast he is literally back in the fight in under 10 seconds. He is a CONSTANT presence in the battlefield and the vast majority of the player base simply cannot track him. Exact same situation as Black Panther. Gambit is broken but you can actually engage Gambit mid range and not instantly die before your brain even registers you're taking damage.

A support diff is 99% of the reason why you lose a lot of your matches because either they're screwing around too much doing some other shit they shouldn't be or they're getting filtered by one melee despite having the strongest characters to heal each other with.Im pretty sure that the game's matchmaking uses support players to determine most matches.
