Surely this will hold for plat.It looks like Yostar started exponentially scaling defense for these bosses as you do more damage, so even gigawhales can't do more than about 300k max. I get the 1st one since it was mostly focused on Chitose’s adventure separately but the 2nd is straight up showing the Tyrant bonding with the Star girls, exploring a Monolith and showing the dangers in one as well as how his memories contribute to the planning and the risk of being assimilated.Like holy fuck. My biggest criticisms of Stella Sora were exactly the lack of all that. It's one of those ideas where the devs shouldn't constrain what can be made, but at the same time because it's a gacha game with ranking, those constraints will be made anyways. They should have made an additional monolith game mode that's a more roguelike experience with alternate paths that you play for loot not records.They could even make it more rng heavy, make you collect temporary cards like in cataclysm, give it a limit how many rewards you can get per week and you would have it be proper endgame content instead of just fodder for the thematically far less interesting modes.It kind of feels like a waste to have the monoliths that are so central to the theme and story be so underutilized in terms of gameplay.

It's not a proper roguelike, but rather an rng simulator where you pray for things to line up so you end up with something workable. There probably needs to be more "generic" additions to make runs more memorable and probably a difficulty spike. The bosses in this game can actually be pretty difficult too.
