>>548742750the problem with housing is that its somewhat of a garrison. 50 people isnt enough to make it feel populated, and a side effect of the housing zone being so large is that everyone is also really spread out. most lots dont have more than 1 other lot within visible distance. then comes the problem that if you arent coordinating with others, you dont know anyone in the neighborhood, there's nothing to do in the central hub (not even a functional tavern as far as i saw) and the other people arent playing at the same time as you, so like at most there are 2-3 other people you might bump into in the neighborhood, but their houses might also be on opposite ends of the zone, and when everyone is just fucking with their own houses and theres nothing to do in the common area, the housing zones became a ghost town within only a few hours of release
