He's definitely not the latter, and the former is that he's mostly just fun for who plays him.My point was Abel is, by definition, low tier, because at optimal play he's either gimping himself to keep his health relatively up, or going all in and putting both players in a coin flip scenario even when he's winning.No one else in the game has to put it all on the table to take full advantage of their kit. You can slow roll him, but then you're not taking advantage of his design.
