Do you consider a datapack that lets me craft 12 trapdoors from 6 planks as cheating or something that should be vanilla? 2 trapdoors from 6 planks is insane, realistically it should be 4 trapdoors per plank given the size

For my next project I want to make a Mining Guild building, by which I mean a fancy trading hall which will have 3 masons, one each for granite, andesite and (what's this?) diorite, so I can dump that shit. I have 2 possible locations in mind, what do you guys think:Location 1: In the massive cave that's the staging area for my mining operations, I'd put it where the furnace is. Enchanting was suppose to be a Cherry on top. A simple bonus on already cool Diamond tools. The fact it costed 50 levels and had the chance of giving you Bane of Arthropods 1 was bad but it was not the main draw of non renewable tools.Then they improved it by making the level 30 and changing it so you don’t use up the entire xp bar.The problem with isn’t with XP anymore, it’s the valuable nature of the items itself. Elytra is too valuable to just break (they made it so it doesn’t even disappear anymore). Netherite tools can take hours to get, so replacing broken Netherite tools is hours of dedication which basically makes it ano-brainer to apply mending. Not an enchanting issue, it’sa value and time sink issue.

For the zero other people who use furnace minecarts, I've found a way to turn a train without it falling apart. Letting it pass through a waterlogged diagonal slows it down just enough to detach the minecarts without flinging them forward or merging them together. It's also the only design I found that didn't break when a player was riding in it. No clue why it works, but if anyone did understand minecart physics they'd surely go insane. The sticky piston recompresses the train after it's made it through the turn.I actually use these trains a lot in my survival world. My recent one ran into a giant aquifer so I needed a way to turn it. Normally anything that isn't a flat straight line causes it to all fly apart. I use TNT to blast a tunnel and store the blocks in the train as I go, kinda like a tunnel bore. You can get over 100 blocks for every TNT if you do it right. It's really good for mining deepslate.
