I guess in a vacuum the TTK is fine but considering how lot of the actions are in this game (pulling out your gun, looting, dodge rolling, etc) are very slow and deliberate, it feels ultra punishing.This promotes a very shitty feeling if you aren't taking full advantage of on others. I'd imagine if you like the PvP it can be very fun and feels great, but the games design is so clashing with the current content, you are going to want to avoid one side to just do the other.Why would I go around shooting robots or looting when people are going to hear me and come and shoot me from many different angles giving all the random variables? The best defense to PvP is to essentially PvP yourself. Shooting first offers way too much of an advantage that you are stupid not to do it. The core structure of a raid is Spawn -> Objective -> Extract, where we choose an objective we want to complete on a map, such as doing a quest, looting a specific spot, killing a specific arc, etc etc, and then try and extract once we've done that. If you're spawned late, you're denied even a chance on completing your objective, instead your choices are either to extract right away and try again(which is fucking dumb), or just mindlessly go kill people(turning the game into BR). Another problem is that almost none of the raid objectives matter in this game, but even if they fix that, all it's gonna do is produce more screeching about late spawns. Reserve them for friggers. If I gear for a specific objective in mind, I deserve a chance at it. Otherwise your game denies me its core gameplay loop.

Give them very high stamina that drains slowly. Essentially turn them into part of the ecosystem of enemies you might find topside. Players will see them sprinting and know they probably have decent shit on them and take chase. The freekit's primary defense is their sprinting and smokes. It would be a fun playstyle on both ends rather than having free kits just be "nigger robbery sim"
