I also had one project going where I edited the hairs and eyes to exclude non-Europeans but nowadays they'll just spawn in with glitches. They completely changed how this used to work.I made custom eyes and made sure to exculde all archetypes but also enable for random, this method used to work 100% to have genetic eyes but also to prevent random townies with them. This failed COMPLETELY in 2025. They messed with the spawns.To note, this wouldn't do much anyways because every townie ends up being a mess regardless. In the past I was able to let the game spawn clones of selected sims and only have European names. This lazy method doesn't seem to work anymore. Once the game runs out of my sims it starts populating the game with the usual freaks. I'm certain I made sure to allow random names, maybe I overlooked an option. Anyways, it looks like the only solid solution remains to have manually placed sims or library imports through MCCC, and that's pretty much what you see everybody doing. Just look up townie control tutorials.
