So far so good right?Except that at end of Canto 6 it shows that Cathy did not just erase herself from the present, she also rewrote time so that she was never born in the first place, thus Heathcliff would leave the mansion earlier without anything holding him back. Meaning that Wild Hunt would never have a reason to seek revenge at first place, and if he wanted revenge for being treated like shit after his adoptive father died, he would not forget about it at all.
