Activision/IW intentionally set up Treyarch to fail by forcing them to release BO6 on an engine they had never made a full game on before, then following it up with another full game that would be the LAST game on that same engine. Next year IW will release MW4 on a completely new engine, and will now be glazed as the "BeSt CoD eVeR" simply because it doesn't have any of the baggage from before, and also has the new Micro$oft budget behind it.

Aesthetically they are fantastic, Pantheon is a great looking faction and each campaign character had a great outfit to show for.
