That's exactly how mousejoy works, although it's pretty important to have a manual recenter bind somewhere convenient if you don't intend to use head tracking, that will allow you to seamlessly transition from mousejoy to pure keyboard input while using the mouse to look around once you merge and can't afford to only look straight ahead. Fail to have that bind on hand and you'll be fighting the uncentered mousejoy all throughout, a really shitty experience.
