I was Ralsei in this nightmare I had the other day and had to do some physical activity involving movement, don't remember what, maybe dancing or running. But in order to do this activity, some of my skin, flesh and muscle had to be carved out, around the end of the spine and a part of the legs, I think it was the hamstrings.
