I think the thing that bothers me the most is how long the renewable content cycles are. Would be better to have catastrophe and boss blitz as alternating biweeklies so we have a new cycle of either content every week. Also boss blitz with 3 weaknesses or a third boss so all elements are covered.

If that's the case, it would be a rare comp where T and meme off element supports are not actually needed, you just go full minion unga bunga with Firenze/Misty + Cosette.2.
