At max rank with a red critting sniper or the Vinq or similar weapons you'd probably be killing all 7 enemies with that. Sounds a little busted but then again I can evaporate an entire room of enemies with a one second trigger pull on the torid incarnon, so it's not like clearing rooms or halls is out of the ordinary for 115-200 level enemy games. You're either putting out that much damage or you're not playing at that difficulty in the first place.

I dont think there are RNG seeds for Rivens but I do think the current state of the mod influences the possible outcomes. If you have a particular stat, you are more likely to get it.
