Finals hasn't happened for Libra yet, but which CM so far has been your favorite and least favorite? Favorite: Leo Cup, tons of viable acceleration skills and having access to Dominator really let people bring their oshis out in droves, which I did with Biwa. My finals match was a three way head/neck finish and even though I got third it was still an incredible race to watchLeast favorite: Cancer Cup and it isn't even close, it truly lived up to its name. People love to fellate this one but the dearth of acceleration skills outside of gambling Lates that love to get blocked and the P2W Fronts (especially Seiun Sky, Cancer Cup made me resent her even though I think her character is great) made races really boring to watch. The only one I ended up in B finals, and I was robbed of a close race between my Vodka and another person's by that other person also slopping together a S!Maru at the last second that ended up being uncatchable. Very glad that the anniversary balance patch came early, because Virgo Cup was so much better.

Just finished Road to Top. I really just can't make myself like it. It doesn't make good use of the 2 hours to make me give a shit about any of the characters. Top Road forgets herself and is stressed out trying to meet expectations instead of run for fun, but what's her personality outside of that? fucking nothing. Opera O is a fun character, but that she never breaks character and nobody ever reacts like she's weird or calls attention to it just makes her seem fake. Vega, dont' even get me started. Survivor's guilt can be a great character motivation, but in her case it just doesn't fit. It's played poorly.At the end of the film I don't find myself caring about Vega's or Top Road's growth, the win is animated cool but it isn't hype or motivating. It's a resoundingly mediocre story for how good it looks. I think they only thing worse in the series so far is Season 1, which is only worse because of animation and star characters.
