I recently found out people will run one weapon with just one element. Do these guys just sit on their inventory of materials? I've got at least one of every element for gunlance, two in some cases. If you're playing lance then it's more likely that you'll be face to face with monster and repositioning on a topple or stun will take longer compared to other weapons so you may as well just spend all your spend all your time at the head especially if you're hunting in a party to pull aggro.If you know that you need part breaks for materials then go for it obviously, but as a lance you should be taking advantage of your defense to stick to the monsters weakest spot
