when i started playing a year ago, i got boosted to eternus level mmr within 50 games, i was nowhere near good enough to hang in those games i only got there because i knew enough about moba and fps mechanics to stomp people in the lower skill rangesas far as i've been able to tell from what yoshi said, their smurf detection just means you get huge mmr boosts as long as the game thinks you're smurfing at the rank you're atall this to say, i think people probably create smurfs because the fresh slate of mmr means it's easier to get boosted to high ranks. i would hazard a guess that the "mid-high" ranks have more players that believe they're only stuck there because of their teams, and they deserve to be a higher rank. an oracle/archon smurf could easily get boosted to ascendant or even eternusthis could also explain why ascendant lobbies feel indiscernible from oracle lobbies at times

Luckily, he is the best at farming in the game in my opinion. High speed from speed scaling with spirit and lots of AoE means he can rush around the jungle, clear camps and be back in lane for the next wave. That's basically what you want to do early game, especially if your team lets you have a solo lane while they brawl. Do not think this means you NEVER help in team fights. Do help things like urn or in fights that get dragged near your farming spot. A good general rule I've given to people that seems to help them play him is: If your ult is up, try to make it to a fight to ult. If it's not, farm/split push. Do this until you are strong enough to be melting people. There are a lot of viable builds for him but personally I think his most core items are fleet foot and boundless spirit. I don't get power surge even though I do pretty 3 focused builds because I feel like you get better value from other purples since all his abilities and his speed scale so well with spirit, you don't want the extra spirit limited to one ability.
