The most based thing about Dark Heresy is that it shits on speedreaders and brainlets. You actually need to read the clues and match them up with what you heard from NPCs + companions to deduct what's more likely. And the quest choices too, you need to know context. But this is assuming it will be like this the entire game and not just frontloaded like RT where pre Act 3 is kino design and then falls apart afterwards.

I watched Revan and Werglia playing alpha these 2 days, I'm actually pleasantly surprised. It isn't just Rogue Trader 2.0. it's a different system, completely different leveling, combat has much more features, game is more challenging, investigations actually require careful reading and thinking, writing is better, graphics are better than RT from what I've seen. Seems like an improvement in every way and pretty much a different game not just KM into WOTR where it's the same system, but with more toys, legit a fresh experience. Call me naive, but this might be the best game by Owlcat if the rest is the same quality as what was shown so far. Alignment and VA quality are yet to be seen and late game balance. Only downer is operative still being meh.
