Other techs like Warfarin, etc. help but it's whatever.s1 is pretty brainless and extremely dull giving up to 28k aoe arts damage and 30% res reduction atop a 4,635 hp, 585 def, 15 res bulk letting him block and provide 5* aoe caster damage in one body. You can also argue that the res debuff makes the added cost over dur-nar worth it.Honestly the biggest issue with Shalem is that if you do everything right and reroll then you're starting with 3-4 6*'s once all the vouchers and rolls are done with so you already have stronger ops to raise. This sits on your face while you go through multiple limited banner which yet again gives you more stronger ops to sit on your face. A winmore situational debuffer dpstank is harder to slot than keeping cuora or bubble in your back pocket for hard wall situations and raising him does less than ranged dps that can readily attack more.
