She has a huge buster damage buff that lasts 3 turns, and a special damage buff against humanoid / human trait targets (which are nearly every single servant in the game + a good number of non-servant enemies) and this buff stacks multiplicatively with card type and attack buffs. It's technically stituational, but you get a lot of mileage out of it. Her abilities have some other niche effects but this is the gist of what makes her enable buster looping. Stacking 2 of her in a team means you have 100% targeted NP charge that also resets skill cooldowns by 4 (FOUR) turns. So if that servant also has a self-NP charge of 30% or 50%, they can probably use it twice in a single 3 turn node.

Obviously there's meta DPS servants as well, but the point of having a meta support is that you can make better use of your current roster. You don't have to wait for Ishtar, Gilgamesh, Kuku, Arcueid, (and many, many others) to use her. If you have any AoE buster servants, you should take her for a spin and see what kind of madness she can enable. And if you also have Oberon, the amount of buster damage you can put out is staggering. You eventually do get inured to seeing millions of damage on screen though.
