You got your usual suspects for melees, and BLM is lower since lower amounts of sustain.However it's still a little odd - you can see how lower sustain due to downtime hurt BLM, but VPR was close to top of the charts last tier alongside it IIRC. BLM clearly wasn't hurt as much as VPR here, which is where I'm a bit confused still.
