I actually enjoy the reset as an option. I think in games like this or say HUNT Showdown with it's prestige system are good. It keeps the game fresh and lets you engage with the game/systems more often.However, now that I've reset and am experienced at the game, it's been very easy to restart. I've already got level 4 scrappy (got really lucky finding a dead dude holding all of the items I needed for 2 levels!). All benches, with some upgraded. I've been lucky finding mad loot. Etc. I think the game needs more long term progression systems. Needing to find only a couple lemons and apricots is actually not hard at all and can be done in literally 1 game. Alot of the loot becomes "useless" for lack of a better term because you NEVER need to pick it back up after getting all upgrades.There could/should be progression systems like trading in 2mil worth food items for a skill point. Or, turn in 1000 level 4 weapons over time to unlock a skin. Things like that.

If someone gets the drop on you in solos then it's just over unless he's literally garbage. It just feels really shitty to have your run ended like that and honestly never really feels great when you're the one doing the killing, either. I started telling people I'm not friendly when I'm in the mood to fight and then if they stick around we have a nice shootout and I've found it a lot more fun.

PvP in solos would be fixed if queuing up with a free kit overrides your skin and puts you in an extremely visible costume so people who have something to lose can avoid nigga moments easier
The reality is is that there's really no point to PvP and it's clear as day that it was tacked on at the end of development. Avoiding fights and running Chungartha raids is literally the optimal way to progress
