For example you don't build roads, instead the citizens will build their own roads to make the shortest route from place to place. You can later pave them to increase the neighborhood's appeal. The main attraction is of course modular monuments. Theck out youtube, to see what people manage to build to give you an idea about the system's capabilities

Although many “dual class” characters are considered optimally powerful and will top online tier lists, “multi-class” characters will likely be more fun for a newcomer. Dual class(Humans with more than one class) has weird rules from 2nd ed. D&D and means you are spending a long time without your “full” character. Multiclass(non-humans with more than one class) usually is a little less powerful but means you get to have your full abilities and play both classes right from the start in BG1. There are also lots of good single class options if you prefer that. What kind of character interests you?
