The first 3 are just one "part." Sometimes they have phase changes, but it's one big health bar for the full fight.The fourth fight is usually a "door boss" meaning it has two phases. You kill the first boss, or at least like 90% of the health bar and then there's a cutscene, second phase, and the fight 'resets' putting you all out of combat and wiping your LB bar.Once you reach the second phase of the fourth fight, deaths respawn you at the start of phase 2, at least until your 90 minutes are up and you get kicked back out of the duty.
