Interfered Marker has the (frankly overpowered) vulnerability effect, it's a lot like if there was a second type of amp, so it mutiplies 1.4 with your current total dps instead of adding 0.4 to one of the terms. Vulnerability is technically additive with other things sharing its effect, like Phrolova S6 and Cartethyia S6. As you can see they're very rare and you probably have none currently.
