(it's also the most dependent on its secondary weapon, the rope dart, because the summoned rat attacks do tons of damage). it is weaker early on but becomes the strongest style once people can max out their inner way passives. vernal umbrella is the ranged dps weapon, does a lot of pewpew freeaim stuff and when you fill up a bar you can summon it as a turret and swap to your secondary weapon. i think it's the highest damage weapon class early on with low to medium level passives. and mo dao is about slow high damage charge attacks. it's the tank style but still does tons of damage, and tank role doesn't have many responsibilities in this game's multiplayer compared to other MMOsthere's also healing fan/umbrella if you wanna be a healer which should be obvious what they do. you can also run the fan as a secondary for open world stuff so you don't need healing potions.

It costs 5k echo jade. In southeast Kaifeng region there's a merchant named Tang Lun who sells I think 10 pages to upgrade the Morale Chant inner way. It costs 2k jade for all of them.Each weapon has a unique Inner Way that upgrades it. If you're enjoying Strategic Sword then you need the "Sword Horizon" inner way. To get that you need to go to the Ghostlight Market. You go there REALLY late in Kaifeng's main quest, but you can get there early if you go to east Qinghe, near the prison I think, there's a dude crying about missing/kidnapped people or children. Do that quest. After those are completed, make sure to have a mask while you're in the Ghostlight Market, because merchants won't talk to you otherwise. Find a merchant named Ni Laoshan. He'll be sitting on the ceiling. Buy a bunch of "Unknown Old Books" from him (you can buy all at once, but just to save money, 10 at a time) and open them until you have the Sword Horizon inner way. It's random but you're guaranteed to get it by book 30 (I got mine in 25).
