After the update, many people are experiencing a process running in the background of the game's EXE after closing. This takes up about 800MB to 1GB of memory and you cannot kill the process without restarting because its something kernel level. Keep an eye out. I will be quitting the game because I refuse to restart my PC everytime I close the game... not worth the trouble.
