You guys truly have no idea what a character who actually needs a nerf (in a PvE game) looks like. Pic related is Isabel from Revived Witch. In Revived Witch, a good 4* character has ~800% modifier on their attacks. A good 5* character has ~1000% modifier on their attacks. Isabel, however, has 5300% (!!) modifier on her attacks. And the only game modes were just kill the boss as fast as you can. She was nerfed in CN, but she was never nerfed in GL. In CN she has 1700% modifier. This is what a character who actually needs a nerf looks like.
