i used to do what you described, and some people got action taken, but really only the actual griefers or forever-pingers, toxic coms, etc.

but imo its also like the different approach to the game altogether. old NA and EU high skill playstyle was based around working together, optimizing for strategy and generally approaching the game like a puzzle to be solved. EU had less communication everyone still played the game the expected "right way".

however nowadays the game does not play like that in the high ranks anymore. its more like different types of third worlders brute forcing their way to 10k mmr by just farming really, really hard, or playing 40000 games of pudge or some other shit, like they have 50 gazillion hours in the game yet they don't understand anything about it except "get farm, get kills, get 6 slot and win". mason still mentally considers his peers to be players like puppey, ppd, s4 etc. who have an encyclopedic knowledge of matchups and understand strategy on a level that is uncanny, yet his current opponents and teammates at his MMR are more like monkeys banging rocks together, and the greatest strategic thought they can muster is "apes together strong". so his brain shorts out because it makes no sense for them to be the same rank as him. at least on EU west he can find some similar type players, instead of none at all
