Merry Mochimas everyone, as it's tradition, I drew something for the fairest Mochi. I included a summary to her story commu "Let my prayers reach you" as well which it's what this drawing is based.It start with a flashback during her childhood, Hijiri would often go to the church to sing along with other kids who love to sing just like her, however, there was a girl unwilling to continue due to her parents demands. Hijiri tried to convice her to stay but it failed. Fast forward to today, Hijiri is attending a talk show and talking about singing a song of her own, at the end of the show Producer calls her and says he has a surprise for her. Later, Kozue, Yuko, Yukari and Yuzu are at the production outdoors when they see Hijiri all fired up, surprised at such unique sight Hijiri tells them about her excitement over the surprise. Hijiri goes to producer's office and he reveals the notice about her new solo.Hijiri after coming back to her hometown she sees someone familiar in the distance, it's Mii-chan, the girl that sang at the Church with her but decided to leave. She mentions how she was expecting Hijiri to become a Choir Singer or a solo vocalist instead of an idol and asks her what was her reason to become an idol. Hijiri explains Producer was the one who gave her the chance but at that moment, Mii chan's mother appears and scolds Mii chan because she got bad notes at her test making Mii chan leave. The next day at the office, Yuzu and the others are playing badminton when Hijiri is passing through, she gets pushed back by Yuko accidentaly and the others go to see her. Hijiri tells them about her solo song and was wondering about her role as an idol and they all give her reasons.
