It should be enough to kill the tower.As soon as everyone starts moving again you re-apply s.Seia, and before you transition use Himari.Then you Kotama and Mika asap to kill in one shot.I have no idea what they cut to get an extra 3 seconds though, maybe s.Seia's second use? I couldn't figure out how to cycle back to Mika without it though.
