The twins are pretty good healers at A1 They can heal every turn and provide pretty good buffs. Just trying it out in the companio boss, I borrowed an A6 Smotoha. Rest of the team was Smoko, Pheobe, and Leo. I scored 120m with Leo but switching to the Twins got me to 150m

She's only relevant if one side needs SMoko and I need to play SMotoha the other side. She simply gives the lowest amount of offensive boosts out of all "premium" sustains and she's also kinda the worst at keeping you alive. The damage mitigation that Smoko and shield guy have go a long way. Fuck even the TWINS have damage mitigation built in. All that Marian has is a max HP buff that you won't see until turn 2. Risky. But still WAY ahead of the cat or owl of course.
