They're great going second, but they're just as good if not better going first, Fymena and Hollie Sue are crucial cards for the set up combo, and Izuna basically punishes your opponent for interacting with you. By comparison, the PHRE Turn 0s suck going first, since Clip and Goddus don't do shit and are at best spare bodies, and going second are exceptionally middling handtraps that don't generate advantage or replace themselves (Clip into Track Maker is basically a -1 that's discarding a card, and usually needs to eat the Lv2 starter to perform its duty as an interruption)Turn 0 cards are good because they're in-engine cards you want to run and use in the first place that perform double duty going second as handtraps that both disrupt and gain advantage so you're not just pissing advantage into the wind like with generic one for one handtraps
