There's simply much more material to 'work' with here (which is well illustrated by the amount of fanfiction with her vs with Blazer). BB needs much more exposure to equalize the chances.

You can tell her afterwards that you would want a second date but with Blazer instead of Mandy and she won't even react differently. Meanwhile if you fuck up with Visi's self esteem you get a totally different ending.

They were smitten by each other in just one night at the bar, to the point where Blazer completely forgot about any semblance of professionalism. She's constantly getting handsy with him and he's constantly looking in her direction with a smile. There aren't any raunchy sex jokes or antagonizing each other because that's not what grown adults who know they're attracted to each other do. Choosing to go on the dinner date ends up in a validation of Mandy's deepest insecurity and the biggest win in Robert's life since losing his suit, which is something he absolutely needed at this point in his life. They have natural chemistry. They're good to each other and constantly support each other throughout the story, whether in little things like the hand kiss scene or the hug, or in big ways like saving Robert from being tortured by Shroud. And there's no baggage between them when they start truly dating. Blazer does all of this without the plot constantly needing to shoehorn her back until the foreground.
